Returns & Shipping

Due to the nature of our organic products and FDA regulations, Organicstarr LLC cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we do offer refunds for missing packages and/or replacements on products that are damaged during shipping. In such a case, we would need documentation from our shipping partners detailing any damage that occurred and must provide relevant photos [from customer] of declared damage. Please understand, based on the nature of our products, we have a strict time frame of a ‘15-day Return Policy’ regardless of qualifying return eligibility; damaged/missing product and/or missing packages. For missing packages ‘confirmed delivered’ [by responsible carrier/shipping partner] to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with this specific carrier before sending a replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with items that may have arrived broken, missing product(s) in a package, and/or missing packages beyond the ‘15-day Return Policy’ time frame OR without a photo(s) of the broken items and/or package even within the eligible time frame. Please contact our customer care at starr@organicstarr.com. It is important that you make contact with us immediately after you receive your delivery or when you notice a package is missing. This is so that we may quickly begin the process to rectify the current issue, as it had just transpired. When you send an email to us regarding shipping and/or delivery issues, it is necessary to title the subject line as: ‘Shipping or Delivery Issue’ and also to include a photo or photos of damage – this is a requirement so that your email may be directed to the assigned representative and handled proficiently. We are absolutely committed to providing you with our high quality products that meet and/or exceed your skincare needs and excellent customer service. We understand that shopping online for products you have never tried before, or online shopping [in general] comes with a risk of satisfaction.
